These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the U-Bear website, waitlist, and future app services. By using U-Bear, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
U-Bear is intended for adults only. By using the service, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and meet the minimum required age.
Use of the service
You agree to use U-Bear lawfully and respectfully. You must not use the service to harass others, impersonate anyone, distribute unlawful content, exploit minors, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
Accounts and future features
Some parts of U-Bear may later require account creation, profile information, moderation review, or verification steps. You are responsible for information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant U-Bear a limited right to host, process, display, and operate that content as needed to provide the service. You must have the right to upload any content you submit.
Payments and support
Voluntary contributions or support payments do not guarantee product features, priority access, or refunds unless explicitly stated. Any premium features introduced later will be governed by their own terms.

We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other moderation action if we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with the law, or preserve the integrity of the service.
No warranty
U-Bear is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, accuracy, or that the service will always be free from bugs or security issues.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, U-Bear and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to the service and terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service, and the updated version will be posted on this page.
